DA1-3b/d365 cells in suspension were incubated for 90 min at 4°C without (open bars) or with Ad5FB4 vector (filled bars) at 5,000 or 10,000 vp/cell. Cells were transferred to 37°C to allow for Ad5FB4 endocytosis and entry. The presence of B7-H1 and B7.1 molecules at the cell surface was assessed by flow cytometry in control cells (open bars), in cells taken after vector attachment at 4°C (grey bars), and in cells taken after 10 min at 37°C (black bars).
