GAPDH is used as an internal loading control. (B) Quantitative RT-PCR of UCHL1 transcripts from prostate cancer tissue and normal prostate tissues. The ratio of UCHL1 expression was normalized against GAPDH expression and is graphically presented as box plots (t-test was used to analyze statistical significance).
