Ad.SPDD-HCCS1 can induce apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells both in vitro and in vivo. (A) Ad.SPDD-HCCS1 and Ad.SPDD-HCCS1HA induce more nuclear condensation than Ad.SPDD.
