From: Long noncoding intronic RNAs are differentially expressed in primary and metastatic pancreatic cancer

Intronic and intergenic lncRNAs detected in pancreatic tissues comprise both tissue-specific and broadly expressed transcripts. Genomic coordinates of 335 intronic/intergenic transcripts detected as expressed in pancreatic tissues were cross-referenced with genomic coordinates of transcripts detected in RNAseq libraries from nine different tissues [30]. LncRNAs were grouped and colored by the number of tissue libraries where their expression was detected (Y axis). RNAseq libraries are ordered in the × axis according to the number of pancreatic lncRNAs detected in each library.
