Huh7 and HepG2 were treated with various concentrations of doxorubicin with or without sFZD7 (2 μg/ml) for 72 h, and cell proliferation determined as described under Materials and Methods. Data are means ± SD (error bars). (B). The effect of sFZD7 on the activation of AKT and ERK1/2 induced by doxorubicin. Huh7 and HepG2 cells were incubated with sFZD7 (10 μg/ml) for 48 h, and then doxorubicin (2.5 μM) was added for another 6 h. The phospho-AKT, total AKT, phospho-ERK1/2, total ERK1/2, and β-actin (loading control) levels were determined by Western blotting using specific antibodies.
