CD11b+or CD68+TAM abundantly express VEGF-C/D and VEGFR-3. 1 × 106 MBT-2 cells were injected into the urinary bladders of 8-10-week old female C3H mice. 4 weeks after the tumor cell injection, single cell suspension of OUBC was prepared. (A) CD11b+ cells and CD11b- cells were enriched by FACS with ~95% purity. (B) Comparison of mRNA expressions of VEGF-C/D in CD11b+ cells. Data are presented as relative fold to CD11b- cells after standardization with hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyl transferase (HPRT).
