From: Mutation of NIMA-related kinase 1 (NEK1) leads to chromosome instability
Spontaneous lymphoid tumors in NEK1 +/- mice. NEK1 +/- and wild type mice were sacrificed at ages 17-24 months. Lymphoid tumors were observed much more frequently in NEK1 +/- mice than in wild type littermates. A.
