  1. Differential gene expression (mean fold-change from three independent experiments) was calculated from gene expression measured in the chemoresistant cell line (-R added to the paternal cell line's name) relative to the corresponding gene of the paternal cell line. Genes are listed in ascending order of the NTERA-2 cell's fold-change followed by NCCIT and 2102EP values. P-values were calculated with t-test (equal variance and normal distributed data) and values with asterix with the MannWhitney rank sum test.
