Prostate tissues were homogenized using a polytron and cell lysates were analyzed for NPRA and MIF by western blotting. Lanes 1-3: lysates of TRAMP prostates. Lanes 4-5: lysates of C57BL/6 prostates. (B) Whole cell lysates of tumor cell lines and control (normal) cells were analyzed by western blotting. (C) Total RNA of indicated cell lines was analyzed for MIF by real-time PCR.
