CXCL12 potentiates NC-37 cell TEM to CXCL13. NC-37 cell TEM to a range of concentrations of CXCL13 in the bottom well was assessed in the absence (filled black squares) or presence (open circles) of 10 nM CXCL12 in the top and bottom wells. NC-37 cell TEM in the absence of CXCL13 is indicated by a black square (absence of CXCL12) and an open circle (CXCL12 in both wells) on the left.
