MH-S co-culture increases activation of growth-associated kinases. A: LM2, JF32 and E10 cells were plated in triplicate, and cultured alone (-) or with MH-S macrophages (+). Protein homogenates from whole cell lysates were probed for expression of phospho-cRaf (p-cRaf), total c-Raf (pan-cRaf), phospho-Erk1/2 (p-Erk), total Erk1/2 (panErk), phospho-Akt (p-Akt), total Akt (panAkt), phospho-GSK-3β and β-actin. B-H: Band densitometry was determined as described, and data plotted as percent induction normalized to control intensity.
