  1. * The reactivity of Zt/f2, Zt/#1, and Zt/g9 in various immune assays were determined as detailed in Materials and Methods. For immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation, individual mAbs were used at 1 μg/ml per sample. In immunohistochemical staining, mAbs were used at 2 μg/ml. Experiments were repeated twice. The reactivity/intensity indicated by + or-was obtained by comparing to anti-RON mAb Zt/g4 [29]. MRS, maturation-required sequences; ND, not done.
