Expression of MMP-2, XIAP, OPN, and VEGF proteins in IFN-α treated or IFN-α combined with SG600-IL-24. Cells from the HepG2, MHCC97L, HCCLM3, and L02 lines were treated for 24 or 48 hours with PBS, IFN-α, or the combination of IFN-α and SG600-IL-24. Then, the relative concentrations of the MMP-2, XIAP, OPN, and VEGF proteins were compared to β-actin on western blots
