High expression levels of cyclin B1, Sec62, and Birc3 in the livers of the patients with recurrent HCC. A. Strong expression of these proteins was obserced in the livers of the patients with recurrent HCC. By contrast, the expression of these proteins was apparently decreased in the patients with non-recurrent HCC. B. cyclin B1, Sec62, and Birc3 immunohistochemical indices. The cyclin B1, Sec62, and Birc3 immunohistochemical indices were significantly higher in the recurrent HCC samples than in the non-recurrent HCC samples. (p < 0.05).
