Constitutive STAT3Tyr705phosphorylation is not inhibited by gemcitabine in PDAC cells. Exponentially growing PDAC cells were treated with indicated concentrations of gemcitabine for 96 hrs and cellular lysates were subjected to Western blot analysis. The blots were probed for indicated phospho-specific proteins and their respective total forms. As a loading control, human β-actin levels are shown.
