miR-124 is downregulated in breast cancer cell lines and human breast cancer specimens, and the reduced expression is associated with advanced clinical stage and positive lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients. A, Expression of miR-124 in 7 breast cancer cell lines and 2 normal breast epithelial cell lines; miR-124 expression was determined by qRT-PCR and normalized to 5S rRNA.
