(C) Cytofluorimetrical analysis of surface expression of CD133 by direct staining with PE-conjugated 293C3 antibody. (D) Cytofluorimetrical analysis of intracellular CD133 with PE-conjugated 293C3 antibody of transfected CD133high cells. Only EGFP-expressing cells were analyzed.
