B). p53 activation in RCC xenografts. Lysates were from tumors on day 21 after the start of treatment. Lanes represent data from individual tumors for each treatment group. Blots were probed for p53, and the p53 dependent genes hdm2 and p21, as well as hdmx and vinculin.
