Expression of TGFβRII and HPV16 E5 in LSILs and HSILs. HPV16 E5 and TGFβRII mRNA levels were evaluated by real-time RT-PCR in LSILs (A) and in HSILs (B) and normalized respect to W12p6 cells. Arrows point to samples showing inverse correlation of the transcript levels. Results are expressed as mean ± 95% confidence interval (CI).
