Overexpression of miR-182-5p inhibits the G1/S transition and cell cycle progression in RCC cells. (A) Flow cytometric analysis of cell cycle distribution. Over-expression of miR-182-5p induced a significant accumulation of cells in G1-phase and blocks G1-S entry. (B) Western blotting analysis of indicated proteins.
