(B) Predicted miR-182-5p target sequences in the 3′-UTR of FLOT1. (C) miR-182-5p significantly suppressed the luciferase activity of vector that carried 3′-UTR of FLOT1 but not control vector. (D) Western blot analysis confirmed that miR-182-5p inhibited the endogenous expression of FLOT1. (E) FLOT1 mRNA levels decreased when miR-182-5p was up-regulated.
