(A) Caki-1 cells were co-transfected with either miR-182-5p mimics or NC oligos with pIRES-EGFP-FLOT1 or empty pIRES-EGPF vector. The expression of FLOT1 or GAPDH was detected by Western blot analysis. (B) and (C) Forced expression of FLOT1 partly abrogated cell cycle arrest effect of miR-182-5p in Caki-1 cells.
