Effects of Bortezomib in Nthy-ori 3–1 cells ectopically expressing AGR2. A) Nthy-ori 3–1 cells transfected with AGR2, AGR2 (C → S) or with the empty vector (pcDNA) were treated for 24 hours with Bortezomib 100 nM. After treatment, cells were collected by trypsinization and counted in triplicate. The percentage of total cell number respect to untreated cells is reported ± standard deviations.
