T 3 and BSSP4 promote cell migration via the ERK-C/EBPβ-VEGF cascade. We determined the expression patterns of phosphate-ERK and C/EBPβ in the nucleus (A, C, D) and VEGF in conditioned medium (B, E, F) in BSSP4-expressing clones (Huh7-BSSP4 #1, #2), controls (Huh7-control #1, #2) (A, B), and T3-stimulated (0, 1, 10 nM) HepG2-TRα1 (C, E) and J7-TRα1 (D, F) treated with DMSO or U0126 (10 μM) using Western blot analysis.
