The impact of TBL1XR1 expression on tumor growth in vivo . The tumors formed by TBL1XR1-transduced CNE2 cells were larger than the vector control tumors. Conversely, the tumors formed by TBL1XR1-silenced cells were smaller than the tumors formed by the RNAi-vector cells. (A) Tumor volumes measured on the indicated days.
