(A) Immunohistochemical analysis shows a reduction of SET, PAN-CTKR and p62 protein expression in the HN12shSET tumor xenografts compared with the HN12shControl tumors. (B) Western blotting of proteins extracted from the HN12shSET xenograft tumors. The semiquantitative analysis using densitometry confirmed reduction of the amount of E-cadherin (C) and increase of vimentin (D) protein expression compared with the shControl tumors. The bars indicate the mean and standard deviation of values obtained by densitometric analysis (*p < 0.05).
