  1. p-c-Jun or c-Jun was detected in the nucleus which was stained with Texas Red-labeled anti-p-c-Jun antibody or FITC-labeled anti-c-Jun antibody (as shown in Figure 2). The labeling index for p-c-Jun or c-Jun was indeoendently determined by two observers and corresponded to the percentage of positive nuclear accumulatiohjn among 1,000 cells using Epi-fluorescence microscope (at 40X objectives).
  2. All data represent mean ± SEM (with n = 4) of p-c-Jun and c-Jun nuclear accumulation activity detected in each sample.
