Anti-tumor effects of rlipo-E7m. Approximately 2 × 105 TC-1 tumor cells were subcutaneously implanted into C57BL/6 mice. After 7 days, the mice were subcutaneously injected with a single dose of (a) PBS, rlipo-E7m (1 μg/mouse) or rlipo-E7m (10 μg/mouse). The tumor-bearing mice were administered 10 μg of rlipo-E7m at 14 days; 14 and 21 days; or 14, 21 and 28 days (b). A single dose of 30 μg of rlipo-E7m was subcutaneously injected into the mice at 10 days or 14 days (c). The tumor volume was calculated using the formula length × width × width/2.
