  1. Stable cell lines were generated via transduction of the ATC cell line HTh74 with lentivirus encoding PPARĪ³-specific shRNA or scrambled control followed by selection in puromycin 0.5Ā Ī¼g/mL. Prepared RNA was then subjected to microarray analysis. Genes whose mRNA levels varied by greater than 5-fold are shown in the table along with fold change.
