p125FAK activation by mature TGFβ 1 via integrin α V β 6 . Stimulation of BxPC-3 with mature TGFβ1 (10 nM for 10 minutes), immunoprecipitation with αV- and β6 integrin antibodies after preparation of the cytoskeleton, followed by probing with pp125Fak and p125FAK antibodies. In part the cells were preincubated with αV- and β6-antibodies (1:100 each for 30 min), with a TGFβ antibody (15 μg/ml for 30 min), cytochalasin D and BAPTA AM, respectively.
