Upper panels shows uPAR expression in wild-type PC-3M-CBS and LNCaP cells (Wt.) and in cells transduced with DsRed virus (DsCo; as a control for potential effects due to DsRed expression), relative to levels in cells expressing doxycycline-inducible uPAR. uPAR-DsRed was induced in these cells by stimulation with doxycycline HCL at the indicated concentrations for 4 days prior to lysis and immunoblot.
