Panel b) illustrates CpG sites 15–19 from the CRABP1 bisulphite sequencing fragment also from the methylated ES-2 cell line and unmethylated control. CpG sites are indicated by arrows, whereas originally Cs converted to Ts by bisulphite sequencing are underlined. For both genes, bisulphite treated normal blood was used as unmethylated control.
