NMR-based isotopomer analysis of intracellular uridine synthesis from glucose. The region of the spectra showing the cross peaks of the uridine bases (H6-H5) of NHBE, hT/LT and hT/LT/Ras cells are shown. 13C isotopomers were quantified by indirect detection of protons in the 2D TOCSY NMR spectrum and % 13C-enrichment is indicated adjacent to the cross peaks.
