Quantitative measurement of POSTN and COL6A3 expression in primary cultures of skin fibroblastes and melanocytes. POSTN, COL6A3 and ACTB cDNA levels were measured in triplicate in primary cultures of skin fibroblasts (LB2924) and melanocytes (NHEM and LB656). COL6A3/ACTB × 104 was calculated as [(cDNA COL6A3/cDNA ACTB) × 104]. Error bars represent SD.
