Effect of TGF-β pan-neutralizing antibody on inhibition of 3H-thymidine incorporation by CCL-64 cells. TGF-β antibody prevented growth inhibition of CCL-64 cells induced by CM from CAPAN-2 (top panel) and Hs766T (bottom panel) cells treated with 0.1 and 5 μM retinoic acid. One way ANOVA: Capan-2: F(5,17) = 101.9; HS766T: F(5,17) = 113.3, both P < 0.0001. Data are expressed as counts per minute (CPM), bars represent means ± SEM. Significance of individual comparisons after Bonferroni's multiple comparison test is indicated by *** = P < 0.001.
