HeLa cells transfected with plasmid expressing parafibromin-myc-his (A, B, C, D) or untransfected (E, F) were analyzed by immunofluorescence with primary antibodies that recognize the myc-tag (B) or parafibromin (D, F), and secondary antibody conjugated to Texas Red, followed by DAPI staining (A, C, E).
