Down-regulation of p53-R175H results in decreased cell invasion and migration. (A) Expression of p53-R175H in KLE cells was inhibited by pSUPER-p53 vector (siRNA) as described in Materials and Methods. Cells were harvested and subjected to Western blotting to determine mutant p53 expression. Untransfected KLE cells (UT) and cells transfected with pSUPER empty vector (Control siRNA) served as the control.
