Identification of novel Cyclooxygenase-2-dependent genes in Helicobacter pylori infection in vivo

After week 0 mice received daily sc. injections of NS398 or vehicle alone as indicated. Mice were killed at 6. 13 and 19 weeks after the start of treatment and H. pylori colonization (cfu), then pathology scores were determined and total RNA was prepared.
