From: Transcriptional activation of the Lats1 tumor suppressor gene in tumors of CUX1 transgenic mice
Lats1 is overexpressed in tumors from p75 and p110 CUX1 transgenic mice. RNA was prepared from tumors and either adjacent normal tissue (mammary gland) or equivalent normal tissue from a non-transgenic littermate. Lats1 mRNA expression was analyzed by RT-PCR using GAPDH or β-actin as a control, as indicated. (A) Mammary gland tumors and adjacent normal mammary gland.
