Pictures show cytoplasmic staining for GILZ and nuclear staining for Ki-67; p-AKT staining is mostly in the cytoplasm with some additional nuclear staining (arrow). (B) GILZ and Ki-67 final scores were positively correlated (Spearman test in univariate analysis, P < 0.00001, r = 0.56). (C) GILZ scores for p-AKThigh and p-AKTlow groups (the difference was significant at P < 0.05, Student's t test). Insets: high and low p-AKT immunoreactivity is shown on representative micrographs.
