Surface expression of plasminogen was evaluated in MCF10A neoT cells cultured on fibronectin in serum-free medium (bold line). The thin line represents the isotype control. (B) Plasminogen localization in MCF-10A neoT cells. Non-permeabilized breast cancer cells cultured on fibronectin-coated glass coverslips were stained with anti-plasminogen antibody. Plasminogen is distributed on the surface of cells (pointing arrows).
