Early HCC signature genes conserved across old and young rats. (A) The unsupervised two-dimensional hierarchical clustering using genes that were significantly modulated due to treatment type across all samples (p < 0.01) clustered samples based on their treatment groups (HCC, regenerated and normal). Highly expressed genes are indicated in red, intermediate in black and weakly expressed in green.
