Statistical analysis of the effect of IP₃R3 gene silencing on the AUC of Ca²⁺ signals elicited by ATP (5 μM) in Ca²⁺-free medium. At any time after the transfection, the global amount of Ca²⁺ released as assessed from the AUC appears unchanged between the cells treated with siC or siR3.
