Effect of Hif-1a and CXCR4 knockdown on the invasion of chondrosarcoma cells. JJ cells were cultured in normoxia (mock) or hypoxia for 48 h after transfection with scramble siRNA (Con-si), or siRNA directed against Hif-1a or CXCR4.
