BMSCs from MM patients specifically induce expression of a κB-dependent GFP reporter gene. (A) Representative 20× image of RPMI8226 cells after transient transfection with a κB-GFP reporter construct that were cultured alone or treated with 1 ng/mL of TNF-α for 24 hours, visualized either through a GFP filter ("GFP"), or phase contrast ("Phase").
