ORAOV1 silencing inhibits cell growth and colony formation ability in HeLa cells. (A) The expression levels of ORAOV1 mRNA and ORAOV1 protein in HeLa cells upon transfection with 100 nM ORAOV1 siRNA for 48 hrs were analyzed by real time PCR and Western blot assay respectively. 100 nM non-targeting siRNA-transfected HeLa cells and blank cells were used as controls. Results represent the means ± SE (n = 3). *, P < 0.05. (B) The effect of ORAOV1 silencing on HeLa cell growth. (C) Examination the effect of ORAOV1 silencing on HeLa cell proliferation by MTT assay.
