(C) The effect of ORAOV1 silencing on the expression of P53, Bcl-2, Caspase-3, 8 and 9, and cytochrome c (mitochondrial and cytosolic). G3PDH was used as an internal control for protein equal loading, and VDAC and β-actin was used as equal mitochondria and cytosol loading control respectively.
