(A) Using Student's t-test, the mean ± SD of TRAIL-R1 expression in KRAS mutated (181.28 ± 61.33)and non mutated (181.25 ± 63.92).However, this difference in expression was not statistically significant (p = 0.9824). (B Using Student's t-test, the mean ± SD of TRAIL-R2 expression in KRAS mutated (113.36 ± 92.45) and not mutated (140.00 ± 92.26).There was statistically significant difference in expression (p = 0.0466).
