Cells were treated with FLLL32 (2.5-10 μM) or curcumin (5-10 μM) of for 24 hours. Decreases in P-STAT3 by FLLL32 were associated with decreased STAT3 downstream target genes and increased cleavage of caspase-3 and PARP.
