Salirasib induces a dose- and time-dependent decrease in HCC cells viability. A-C. HepG2 (A), Huh7 (B), and Hep3B (C) cells were plated in 96-wells plates and incubated with various doses of salirasib for 3 days (n = 8 at each dose). Cell viability was assessed by WST-1 expression and IC50 was determined using nonlinear regression analysis. Identical experiments were performed in FBS-cultured cells as well as in EGF- and IGF2-stimulated cells. Data are presented as mean ± SEM.
